Won’t stop Crashing - No Customer Service

This game crashes upon startup every time on my MBP and my Mac Mini. I have not been able to play it even once. When you go to Gameloft’s support site to get help, the ONLY option for this game is “mobile” platform. I can’t fill out the form correctly and I can’t get any help through email.

I wasted $6 on a game I can’t play and I can’t even get any help from Gameloft.

Once bitten, twice shy. Stay away from Gameloft! No customer service.
